Learn Danish Your Way
At Lærdansk, we have an array of courses to choose from. We offer courses at beginner, intermediate and advanced level - at University Campus or at Lærdansk premises.
Have you not arrived in Denmark yet? Don't worry! We have an online offer for you!
Our pre-arrival course is part of the offer Netdansk, which takes place online - independent of time and place. Netdansk is online, but there's still quality feedback from a real teacher! And help is always available: the teacher is also online.
DANISH LANGUAGE EDUCATION (DU)
The three Danish Language Education are the official Danish language teaching programmes for adult foreigners in Denmark.
One Danish Education consists of 5-6 modules, and each module is finished with an obligatory module test. After the last module, it is possible to take the final exam, Prøve i Dansk, which gives certain formal rights regarding residence permit, financial support and potential citizenship. In the lessons, we work with all the linguistic disciplines: reading, writing, speaking and listening. Furthermore, we focus on pronunciation and grammar.
Price: DKK 2,000 per module + DKK 1,250 deposit
DU is also available as online teaching. Read more about Netdansk.
Do you want to learn or become better at the Danish language? Then our LÆRDANSK courses are something for you!
LÆRDANSK focuses on the spoken language - as it is spoken by Danes... and by you! However, we'll also work with written Danish, i.e. reading, writing and spelling. Tuition focuses on pronunciation and conversations about work, news, society and other topics, which the class finds relevant.
Duration: 50 lessons (36 lessons in class, 14 lessons online)
Price: DKK 1,500 per course
Are you in a hurry to learn some Danish? We offer fast-track Crash Courses for you!
Start or continue your learning experience with a 2 week Crash Course. Classes are three hours every day from Monday to Friday, and the course corresponds to 50 lessons in class and online.
Form: DU or Lærdansk 1-5
Much more than Danish language teaching
Language and network are important requisites for retention and well-being among your international employees and their potential partners.
Strong relations and networks are crucial to whether one thrives and succeeds. Through our Business Class courses, your employees have the opportunity to create relations with like-minded people. But it is not just your employees who need a good network. In order to retain attractive, international employees, it is also important that their partners and families thrive. Here, we would like to refer to International Community, who supports international citizens and their families by establishing professional and social networks.
Several times a week, international citizens have the opportunity to practice their spoken Danish with native speakers. Danish volunteers are ready to speak about anything and everything: from module tests to weird food of what happens in Aarhus. You don't need to make an appointment; you just show up in the Multicenter at Lærdansk in the café's opening hours.
