When I came to Denmark I started work right away. But it was very difficult for me to understand my boss and my colleagues. That's why I chose to spend some time learning Danish.

It has been really worthwhile for me, because today I can speak with my colleagues and understand what my boss is saying. If you can't speak Danish before you start work, you're only making it harder for yourself and the others at your place of work.
